If you go to the environments tab there should be an entry called "Detail Layers Distance". It's defauly at 1,0. It basically means how far that it is going to make the ground detailed. If you set it higher, you will avoid the blurry textures in the background as seen in 2:23

By the way, this is the best Crysis video ever! Crytek would have been proud!
