@JustHereForBowling It looked like Danny wasn't quite comfortable with the feel of the thumbhole on his spare ball, which may have caused him to grab it a bit, which IMO caused him the pull it by the 10-pin, as noted by his comment "should've put the tape in....forgot to put the dag-gone tape in" would indicate. Then after he struck in the 7th frame, he then DID put tape in the thumbhole.

This is why single pins are so important. Wiseman could've survived this match if he picked it up, but it's gonna happen even to the best once in a while, nobody's perfect. Danny has since moved on though, as he has come back to win a title recently. Sean Rash may be a bit cocky, but he's young, so it's almost expected. The media and fans are just eating it up too, so I'm sure the PBA loves it, as a lot of people watch this kid on TV when he bowls whether they love him or hate him.

Tough conditions; had to make great shots to score, had to pick up your spares or you are shooting a buck thirty in a hurry. It was also fun to watch the 225 house shot bowlers average anywhere from 160 to 175. It's tough getting those big gun house bowlers out there though; too tough on the ego.

Personally, i find it alot more entertaining to watch a tv match with Rash than say, WRW, who is

great btw, solely beacuse WRW is alot more toned down. And he acts that way on purpose, beacuse he says that he is very aware that he is on television, and acts accordingly.

And hey, if you struck out from frame 5 to win the match, i'm sure you'd jumping all over the place with joy.
