  • I do 50 push ups in a set. Back when I was in school - I would do six sets of 50 within an hour. Feel the pump!

  • Strength training is just so vital, nobody talks much about it; toning/cardio all the time, but I sure need this as much as anybody, how many calories do you burn with those push ups do you think?
