  • I do Pro Wrestling and I'm also studying at College to be a Personal trainer so I stumbled across this type of training at VCollege and enjoyed it but will it help with Wrestling? as I don't wanna lose lots of Muscle

  • Hey, how are you. If you're wrestling, you shouldn't need any other conditioning work because just wrestling by itself is a outstanding conditioning tool. But if you're off-season, interval training of any type is your best bet. It's the best way to get into shape without losing your hard earned muscle. I hope this help my friend.
