  • From the mad mind of Mr. Jeff Minter

  • Seizure-tastic game!

  • I played this a lot, great game. I used the Toshiba model Nuon. you get two different bullets in this game, after the first powerup (auto shooting) release the button to keep shooting 'down the tunnel' bullets, get the second powerup (homing missiles) now when you press the button you get bullets that pass over spikes to hit enemies even passing up to 2 walls either side to hit them too, release the button to shoot regular bullets to kill the spikes. a third powerup is A. I. Droid.

  • super beautiful, but it seems confusing. like at 35 seconds, the view of the board makes yu see only the edge, making it impossible to have perspective of whatchr doing. is the player controlling the movement of the board?

  • That track is something fierce when you're really getting into it.

  • I'm so old. I thought the original tempest was busy (it WAS for it's time) but damn! I wonder why this didn't catch on? I know Nuon went bankrupt but... it looks so cool. I guess everything has to be role playing and stories now, that's okay but this stuff shouldn't vanish. I feel old though trying to recognize what's going on in this version. How do you keep track of the individual targets?!

  • @abbeykroeter it did catch on haha, see also tempest 2000

  • yep. i'm high.

  • this shit looks hot.

  • LOL WUT?

  • I want to play this
