I looked at that scene a little more closely recently, and I noticed when one of Mrpheus's crew, forget the Characters nam, was doing the 'Trace Progarm' to find Neo in his pod, the digital screen he was lookign at showed him goes through a portal = STARGATE = G = Gateway= why do you think gateway computers is called gateway? Why do you think their logo is black and white patches, in a cube? = The Cuboid Stargate.

You've just been ILLUMINATED.
