I was a big fan years ago & even met Nik & Chris in 96 & they were nice enough but each to their own. Thankyou for responding. They do get alot of praise from alot of fans.

Also you may wanna check out Sisters of Mercy (less electro than this), Suicide (amazing!), The Mission UK, Fear Cult (new but fairly good). Out of the bands listed Suicide is probably the closest, the guys who were part of it Alan Vega, and Martin Rev were absolutely revolutionary.

ASF always had aspects of electro, and I feel they went through a logical transition. There are indeed better bands, ASF has a taste one has to acquire. Great band, in my opinion though.

ASF are a fairly unique band but you may want to check out '80s matchbox b-line disaster' or some early nineties industrial such as 'Ministry' or 'Revolting cocks' or 'Front 242'. Have u looked at any eighties goth stuff such as 'Bauhaus'? Hope this helps, I could go on for hours but you'd just fall asleep!!
