One of my favourite part of the episode is when Homer inhales as if to be shocked, or surprised at something that Marge reads (I think it's about school children, IIRC), and then when you think he's going to be all like "WOW" or "OMG" he does a very casual "burp" :P It's more the build up the kind of *gasp* *burp" bit.... OK it's only a 1 second build up, but... whatever :P
