  • Your body might be reacting to the recent fast. This happened to me when I went on a VLCD & I became intensly hungry , epcially in the evenings. What really helped was eating for my evening meal 1 carrot, 1 Parsnip, 1/4 of a cabbage & 1/4 of a Cauliflower along with 100g Tuna or whatever protein u choice. Because these are Low GI foods they controlled / stopped my blood sugar dropping too low. Low blood sugar = hunger & cravings.
