There's nothing wrong with the phone. Just update the firmware from the SE website. I've had mine for almost a year now and I have no issues with it.

It actually is one of the most reliable phones I've ever owned, in regards to how much abuse it can take.

i have that phone .... you have to press the button on top of the phone then shake it ... but its easier just swapping the songs like you do on noraml phone.
