The reason why is white families don't want their children attending 'diverse' schools and since white families are typically upper middle class their local schools receive more local funding resulting in better schools.

The fact here is, white families want their children to attend white schools.

And you can't force them to integrate. They'll just make private schools or homeschool their children.

Desegregation didn't work. Nor will it ever work.

You can't force integration.
