  • Not sure if you'll see this or not but do you have any ideas what I can do with the water I boil my veggies in? Too much goodness to waste. My mother would make gravy but I'm not a gravy lover! Could I use it as stock for soup?

  • @shazzer1976 That sounds like a good idea. I know I usually make it as part of a soup or mix it with some seasoned rice.

  • Sean, could you do this for 15-20 minutes as he proposes? Seems like its kinda tough, and you seem a little tired although you probably have done other work outs already, so don't think I'm judgin! Some of the other ffd circuit videos seemed challenging too, and the sets proposed seem like a lot considering how much they beat you up lol.

  • just tried this, it's not as hard as I was expecting but then I only did 3 rounds, not 15 lol. really gets you limbered up

  • That was great. no way I could do that in 25 seconds.

    Body-weight exercises are the best. Right now I am doing calf raises, dips, leg raises, pushups and bicycle crunches every day. all you need is the floor. Bicycle crunches make my stomach burn like no other

  • You tickle me. You sometimes stuggle doing the workout, like most people. At least you keep on trying. I admit I quit after 5 minutes. 2 minutes if I start sweating.

  • Killer workout.I usually stick with burpees but I really like this.I'll add this to my workout.Thank you for sharing this.
