not everyone has money to go to college, If you calculate minimum wage to be about 320 dollars a month and your groceries cost 120 dollars ( this is a family of four, two children two parents.)

An electric bill can run to be about 60 dollars so that ends up eating away half of your money and you haven't even payed the rent and heat and water.

Most likely this situation leads to debt and therefore there are even more bills to pay.
