@Ishanfernandorocks for free you have to do some searching, but you wont find a complete 100% version as they will almost always be missing audio files such as radio stations and cut scene audio, legally you can nab it off Steam or if you don't want to do Steam you can just buy the GTA collection for the PC Rockstar put out it's about 20 bucks at Target(that's where I first saw it) and it comes with GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas. It's your call on what method you choose. I don't judge.

i think if you reinstall it and read it it might ask were you keep the normal vice city file and you should click browse and click the folder you might of clicked next and its looking in the wrong place for it
