They just think about the money, and what's going to sell, but they don't bother to put their minds to work and to take any risks. The people who created the Silent Hill games REALLY put their minds to work. They really dedicated themselves to the creation of these games, and you can see that.

@Prayforthewolf Yeah...and sadly since nly shooters nowadays seems to sell, even horror games got corrupted and started to have shooter elements, example of these are Resident Evil 5, Alan Wake, Dead Space 1 and 2 and even Silent Hill Homecoming had a free aim mode and the knife was the most effective weapon and made the gameplay more action oriented rather than forcing you to run and plan ahead for you escape, guess I just love true horror and they are too much to ask nowadays :(

I bought this game and.... 1 it wouldn't work on my ps2 and 2 it froze after every time completing the lizrd boss whilst played on ps1 and 3 i gave up and downloaded it on the pc, tryed it and it randomly speed up and slowed down in places completely ruining the gameplay. During the game you are more and more confused and at the end of you an idea of what there actually really is. But it's just the idea that forcing people to play this game again to check his tentative theory. Again and again. So far nobody found of what the game is. There are many theories, but each has a question mark at the end. The game is the best.

When Samael was summoned in Silent Hill it opened up a gateway to Purgatory and when you enter the town you are thrown into Purgatory if you have sinned and have to make up for it (thus the themed demons).

I had the demo that came with MGS 1. Played it a few times but tbh, I was fucking scared to play this game. Which is strange in some ways because my brother bought Resident Evil 2 the same day I bought MGS 1, and I played both games but I was never bugged by RE 2.

I just replayed this game (after doing a lot of Illuminati research) and found A LOT of Occultic Symbolism used in this game. The "seal" that appears in Silent Hill is actually the Pyramid with the All-Seeing-Eye. Not to mention the various Seal of Solomon (Pentagram) and Ankh Symbols/Keys used in this game.

That's what makes Silent Hill a truely horrific disturbing game, it's very spiritually evil (the hidden symbols of Illuminati) disguised as a "horror game".
