I have had numerous Mri's, exray's, physical therapy, I currently have 2 ortho surgeons that say I need 2 total knee replacements due to my work related injuries. I have waited 3 yrs! an they still refuse to pay to get them fixed, and I had witnesses to my injuries! They did pay for 2 meniscus surgeries but Workers comp would rather pay me timeloss forever then pay for total knees. I can hardly walk! The system is screwed up!
