technically, above 3 inches per hour is a blizzard, at 5/hr that night, it qualifies even if its far from the worst I've seen in Minneapolis over the years

nope, germany, ML, R, GL and a couple of C classes are made in the u.s. (not in alabama to my knowledge though)

most are made in Deutschland though.
