You can't do the staff smash pop-up twice.

I managed to do it one time. It showed me doing the damage to my opponent, but he did not pop up, he stayed on the ground.

Uh obviously I'm complaining because you can't get through. Cage, I noticed also has an almost infinite combo. When he does a combo that breaks your stance and keeps attacking, his reach for the nut punch is too far. He just jumps over and repeats the process

how do you connect "jp1/2, 3" in number 03? When I turn on auto block on dummy in the practice mode, I cannot connect from jp1/2 to 3 then rest. (fyi, I'm not a noob to fighting game. I've played KOF series, SF4, SSF4, MvC3 for long time)

@hopang12 Do you mean that the 3 comes out too slow? In this game you don't really wait for hit confirm as much as general fighting games. Right when you press her jump attack, press 3 and wait for it to come out once you land. You basically have to buffer it. If you wait to land and then press it then it's going to be too slow. The timing in this game is weird since you pretty much have to press everything ahead of time.

@HelterSkelter1987 At the moment I have a bit of interest in Sindel but yes, I'm also hoping I finish Mileena next so all the female ninjas (or the Powerpuff Girls as someone here mentioned haha) will be completed. Don't expect much though since the only female character who seems to have a lot of combo potential is Kitana. I think the rest of the female's combo potential is on the same level as Jade. I also plan on doing Skarlet whenever she's available.

@AbyssAsics If you mean things like kara/throw/roman cancels they don't exist in MK9. If you mean to be able to link a basic chain combo into a special then this is how it works: The 3rd ending hit most character's combos(from the menu) cannot be linked into a special. For example, Scorpions fp,fp,fp combo will NOT link into his chain or slide scissor kick. However fp,fp will. Precision and timing is very important in the flow of the combo. You can't just button smash into combos.
