Not sure what you guys are all talking about I worked for wal-art for a year and made about $15.00 an hour when I was 18. I got 3 raises in the year i was ther. I would consider that good pay especialy for Wisconsin
by wal mart buying mostly from over seas they take business away from "we the people" then with their "cheap labor goods" they "undersell" all the US companies and drive them out of business, pretty soon all you have is a wal mart and a lot less jobs and if you end up working for them they chip away on every loop hole they can. All in all those "cheap goods" really will cost "society" a lot more in the long run!
u all suck walmart is good for america pepole like u are the reason my old home town might close ther walmart ift they do ther goes oxford ma thank god we have a super walmart nare us
And then with all these dynamics, you say something about "our" all white Klan and where are the people of color? I mean come on ...This about Wal Mart not a "trumped up" implied racial divide!?
I am surprised you didn't call all these people anarchists, rather than white klans as you did!?
I can not answer why ..I have no say over who shows up or what color one is.(?)
I can say I respect all people and colors. A Wal-Mart store to me represents the big Corporate monopoly and I don't like the careless ways they treat people. They sucker in poorer people with their cheap prices then screw over their workers, run away local business, capitalizing off free trade practices out of our country to by pass morals and ethics.
Where are the "people of color" in your neighborhoods? Is that really the reason you don't want a Walmart...it might bring in blacks and hispanics to your all white klan?
Good for you Portland! Keep the Walmart crap out of our city! "If you built it.. we will burn it down!"
One more reason I love PDX.. no crappy big Box stores, it's all about local local local! Go PDX! =)

I agree. Walmart is THE MAN. They have no compassion for the individual. Check out my vid for my protest:)

those cheap prices come with a cost
like eliminating jobs, health care, and fair pay
its like putting all your eggs in one basket, and then... finding out the basket was the wrong one!
