i'm gonna have to go with rory on this one. arizona is just a bunch of artificial flavoring and refined sugar with a drop of tea mixed in. sure it's good but your body will not thank you for it. totally stick with the natural homemade kind. ooh, and hot tea is so much better. you could seriously do a whole season talking about the different kinds of hot tea there is.
