  • i thought nexxus humectress was a deep conditioner... not a leave in? i've been using it to DC for almost a year lol

  • @KISSseventyseven ....Are u french brainding or regular braiding? The wave pattern is pretty!!!!!

  • Have you try Carol's daughter?

  • love the tips

  • Is it ok to moisturize and seal while the hair is wet?

  • Hey Traycee, I would like to know if braid extensions or sew-in weaves are good styles for stretching?? or do they damage your hair?

  • When I untangle my hair their is little to no hair in the comb. The trick is to not only go from bottom up but when washing try to do it gently an avoid tossing hair much so it doesn't get tangled while in the shower. That way you avoid knots and bursting the hair.

  • @MzzSkittlzB .... Great tip !!!Thats why I shower in the summer... But with my length and thickness its not that simple

  • Hi! I really want to know how I should do my hair b4 goin2 bed coz I'm stretching my relaxer & I don't think it would be good if I brush my hair & wrap it around.. Idk if that would do my hair any good! I'll be basically pulling out my hair.. :/

Could u pls give me a tip or something..? should I plat my hair & wear a scarf or..?

  • @miss212AUT .. Well how are you wearing your hair the next day

  • @KISSseventyseven I alwayz tie my hair up! ponytail.

  • @miss212AUT you can cross wrap it. look it up on YT

  • my hair get's tangled when I wash it and it also gets really curly. I read the comment before about rollersets, but what conditioner would you recommend that makes curlier hair easier (I used this Organix shampoo and conditioner and it totally gave my uncontrollable tangles that I couldn't even comb out.)

  • My hair is very curly after I wash it....even after a relaxer....do you have any tips for me...air drying does not work well on my hair after washing....I want it to look striaghter, but it jus stay curly...

  • @LovelyPoet79 ... You would need to stretch it while it dries... You can do this by doing a rollersets

  • Gah! Sometimes I wish my hair was thinner so it would lay down like yours. Even my relaxed ends aren't that straight! I've got extremely thick hair. I'm 5 months post but there is NO WAY I could ever get my braid outs to look that straight

  • thanks for your quick response :)... i damped my hair and greased my scalp with hollywood beauty's castor oil with mink oil... and put in moisturiser and brushed it well... unfortunately i dnt have enuff hair to bun lol (soon i will tho) so i am using hair pins to hold it.

I joined KISS a few mths back and that's great!!! am goin on teh summer growth challenge... keep doing ur vids they're very helpful :)

  • hi do u have any tips to help me... am in my nineth week post, my new growth is very thick and i have really naturally coarse hair. twist outs nor the the other stuff dnt wrk... my hair just sticks off... so i was wondering if i could plait (braid ) it till i relax in the next two weeks or so.

  • @bellecariibe... When I get to a certain week braidouts don't look right on me either.. I know its challenging to style your hair doing a stretch so you need to do whatever style your comfortable in .. If plaits work for you thats great..I usually start bunning at that point

  • Traycee you do use regular conditioner as your leave-in at this point in your stretch? right? Thx in advance

  • @AlmaBell8615 ... I would prefer to use Long Term Relationship Leave in .. If I don't have that than I use a thinner conditioner for a leave in

  • really quick question

are you the one who created all of the bee mine products or you just happen to use almost all of them? lol

  • @simplecuti3 ... No I did not create it... I just use the whole line .. Just like I used to use the whole line of Nexus

  • Do you deep condition during your stretch?

  • has your hair always been that long???

  • @mor33na ....No I had never had long hair like this before.. I have a video uploaded call My hair journey... Check it out it shows older pics of my hair

  • How long after you get a relaxer do you wait to wash, co-wash and deep condition

  • @thedreamgirl2 ... I have co washed the nxt day after relaxing... I go back to my normal routine

  • ooh! i got that same comb girl! i love it. how long have u been using bee mine? and would you say that made your hair grow?

  • I luv looking at ya videos ,

You really take care of ya BUSINESS on here keep up GOOD WORK.

  • Thank you so much. First time every stretching knowledgeably. This video really helps a bundle.

  • Too many products to keep up with. Is there a more simple process that does not require so many steps or so many products? If you weren't 22 weeks post, would you have used so many products?

  • I just love your videos.

  • Hi Traycee !

Do you oil your scalp daily or only on wash days ?

  • love it!

  • no make up still pretty! aaliyah hair!

  • Do you save the pumps from your Nexxus bottles?

  • wonderful tips and u make it llok so simple

  • gosh, your the best!

    Being a teenager you make

    understanding hair so easy!

Thank you for everything you do!

  • I am only able to stretch my relaxer about 56 days which i heard from my beautician is the usual amount of time i wish i could stretch my longer, any longer than about 2 months, i will comb out huge amounts of my f hair, even if i deep condition,i also tried a protective style, after taking it down and started to easy comb i still combed out a handful, i guess i am just not a candidate for stretching relaxer

  • @reggie02062 ...Don't feel bad stretching is not for everyone...It was so hard to me to get this stretching thing down..hahahaha

  • how many times u wash ur hair in a week,im trying to sretch my relaxer, but on my wasday i lose so much hair,

  • @TJY24 ..After about 16 weeks into my stretch I wash 1x a week and I may do a co wash after a work out...But I try to stay out of my hair as much as possible

  • Thanks to you, my daughter wants this look now since I've been doing braidouts lately.

  • @tamoniva12 ...Oh thats good...Healthy hairstyling...

    wonderful tut !!!!!!

    new subbie,

    carmencita

  • love the earrings! And the hair is gorgeous as always=)

  • Thanks for you help I have 4 inches to go to APL so I am thinking about doing a 16 week stretch from relaxing and heat this helped so much because I did not have success with stretching in the past I lost soo much hair but I also did not know then what I know now! I'm a stay at home mom so it's been really easy to go most days with doing nothing but moisturize my hair, but when trying to stretch all i seemed to get was brakeage even with little manipulation but trying it your way seems easy!

  • never mind... LOL just finished the vid:)

  • please tell me how you did that cute hair do.....:)

  • you really make it look easy ! but i never get to detangle so well, i am always too afraid & i shed a loot past 15 weeks ! i am so sad

i wish i could to let my hair breathe from the relaxers...

  • sweet almond oil is on my wishlist.

  • What is the name of the leave in that you use?

  • Thank you for making this video, it really helped me figure out what to do with my hair and cut down on heat styling :)

  • See, Traycee, now I'm having a setback with my P.J.ism. I gotta have some of that...

  • How wet was your hair when you applied the product?

  • @trini187 ..I had the turban on my hair for about 10 mins ..So it was pretty wet

  • the shine is superb :)

  • cute! and i loved seeing how u detangled outside of the shower.

  • Wonderful video. You know I have to favorite this one. I'll be four months before you know it and I needed more tips on how to stretch farther.

  • Great tips...I'm at the end of a six month stretch and I needed some help dealing with my new growth. Your hair looks great!
