  • lach doch mal schöne Frau! :D

  • che gnocca....complimenti!

  • Thanks for video. I did have the problems with FW interfaces in the past. I'm saluting alesis for being always full of new ideas and solutions. I'm also waiting when will somebody make the 24 I/O interface without adat lightpipes. Geting tiered with 41000khz. Maybe alesis will be the one who will break this wall? Who knows will see ;-D

  • @haraizmostara check this out, i got this alesis multimix 8 ch 2.0 and everything sounds ok but when i try to record my voice on top of a beat , i replay and i only hear my voice on the left side , i can change it to the right but i can't make it record both sides at the same time, the beat always sounds on both sides,, the voice sound on both too exept when i record, whats wrong with it??? can you help me out! ?

  • Ansich schönes Video, aber ein bisschen mehr dynamik im berichten wäre nicht schlecht ;)

  • This video and presentation was very informative. Thanks for sharing it. I think sometimes as musicians who just want to record music, we wonder why things are switched around and we're left scratching our heads. But its evident that companies like Alesis are really thinking it out behind the scenes. Before this I thought the Firewire MM was the one to get, but apparently this one is even better! Not that FW version sucks but still, if you want a new one - the MM16 is it!

  • sorry, i dont know the exact numbers. and when i posted that, i didn't know much, i still dont, haha.

another thing to note that i found out more recently was that not all firewire computer ports were made for music recording. therefore you will need to do further research on your firewire port before deciding which is best for you.

because of all these issues, and the fact that i dont mind waiting for better products to come, i decided to wait for the new usb3.0... which may take a decade. =P

  • i respect usb more thanks ro this ...but i stlll like fire wire idn why ... but fire wire 800 has ben around for awhile and usb 3.0 will be out soon

i'm just glad i don't have o record on tapes

  • Das boot!!!

    ha

  • can somebody tell me about this mixer can I play audio files from cubase through the usb 2.0 and send for example 16 audio tracks all separatelly played on each chanel?!?!? Thx

  • Can you use the MultiMix to controll the included Cubase 4 LE like other controllers can?

  • thanks for putting this up. it gives me some more respect for the usb2.0 line. i still have heard a lot about the firewire, and how its superior to the new alesis usb2.0 line. for example, altho firewire only goes at 400, and usb goes at 480, the firewire always runs all 400 while usb2.0 rarely reaches its full potential. do you or does anyone have any other comments to add? im really not sure what to use!

  • cool presentation, i nearly coped the firewire, thanks for posting this.

  • thanks god i found this

  • Great Info... THANKS!!!

  • Hi, thanks for Your comment. That's a good question according the 12Volts DC unit for field use as it could be handy with audiomixing for video recordings too ;-)

  • great..12v dc i cn use my own battery packs i made, sound recorders and field mixers, pro kit that is are a bit out of my budget but a mixer be it analogue / digital with say 4 mic inputs, phantom power 48v for use with the better mics a decent set of VU meters for monitering and a clean headphone amp will be perfect for the prosumer market in video ,wildlife recordings and so on ...thanks .

  • this is amazing man... all i needed to confirm my buy... thanks 4 putting this up!!
