I did cycling, cardio, swimming and brisk walking. And yoga too and yoga is the exercise that I think I can keep for life. I used to be very thin one moment and then suddenly chubby then thin again. Sometimes I work out 3 times a week at the gym but when my schedule is tight I stop exercise completely. But when I discover yoga my weight is more in control now. It is not too intensive and you need not eat a heavy meal after a yoga practice. Just the right exercise

Excellent - I've been wanting to take up Yoga for some time, but never found a simple and straight-forward video to help me do it (there's no classes near where I live) - this is just what I was after.
this really helped me! i've been deiting lately and haven't had time to go to the gym or get some cardio but i do this eveyr night before bed and i feel so great and healthy! :)
