based on my understanding , لا this letter is represent `Lam Alif`` , ء this letter represent `hamzah`.

ﻩ this letter represent `ha`. so basically they said, `ha`, `lamalif` , `hamzah` , `ya`.

Laam-alif is the Laam and Alif joined. that is how it is written when those two letters are joined together. then this "laam-alif" ends up being TWO counts long because the VOWEL letter Alif comes after the Laam letter.

In the Arabic alphabet there is no such letter as the Laam -Alif is NOT one letter. but some people in different cultures write it in the alphabet.
