I have this phone too but mine shows better quality. You can go to settings and set the higher quality and resolution. It will look much better.

actually....it can do alot better than this....upgrade your firmware.

you get higher recording resolution.

The selected quality is not the principle, I have one and quality of mine is well better that this, sees if it is in the so great greater (640x480), and in the best quality
