There is a jumping claw you can freeze very easily and them bomb jump into the hole. you seem to have already killed it in this video. leave the room and re enter, and then you can easily get out

@Drewseph0011 The problem is at that point i didn't have charge beam to freeze that jumping claw

@Cazametroides Indeed that is a problem, its a shame, since charge beam was directly next to the first set of super missile by spore spawn.  a running mid air morph is equally doable, but you seem to be doing it wrong. as you jump tap down. samus looks down and still travels left, then tap down again and immediately press left. get in the hole.

easier on a keyboard then a controller
