  • @POWERJFROMLA Yes you can start slowly. 10 minutes a day and then work your self up 10 minutes more everyday. Then get a treadmill and start walking 20 minutes a day on it and then as you build up strength start jogging on it for 30 minutes a day. But remember you MUST eat healthy and drink plenty of water. Veggies, fruits, chicken and fish. Just believe in your self.

  • @POWERJFROMLA Hi at 18 years old i hitted 120kilos + probably 130kilos yh i was a fat ass. I began a diet and in 6 months doing exercise only buy using this bicycle i lost 40kilos. I usually did 250-400kcals a day but sometimes i also did 600-700 a day. Its a great way to loose weight
