I think it's genuine. After doing my research thats the conclusion i reached. There's some guy from IGN that had sources in capcom (most likely capcom america and they dont know jack shit). And this guy twittered that according to his sources , the trailer is fake. Meanwhile we have bigshots like Kotaku saying they can confirm the existence of the game. Also there's some voiceactor who made it"official" she was doing voiceovers in a game named "Resident Evil 6"

With the Real Survivor modes. And a headset option would be nice, so you could tell a person what to get and where to go when you split up and of course give them warnings if they will end up in a boss room with the Yawn or that giant ass bat in the experimental facility.
