  • That drummer in the beginning is so happy omg.

  • "now it's gone gone gone wohohoh"-only part of the song I really care for. That mini vocal melody is lovely. The rest is meh

  • mmmm i am in love with this song! these guys are incredible ! love it love it love ....

  • My father and I had a fight about this tune. He thought the version done by The Pozo-Seco Singers was the best; I begged to differ. Now, we all should know the original was taken to #1 by The Righteous Brothers in 1965( check The Billboard Pop Charts). The thing is, Hall and Oates took this cover to # 12 in 1980. The Pozo-Seco Singers? Who, The fuck, are they?

  • Hall looks like 80s Bowie. They sounded better when they actually turned on Oates' microphone. Guess the perm was no match for the power of the mullet.

  • I never noticed until now, but I swear, if Eddie Murphy were white, He would be John Oats.

  • you've lost that loving feeling....yeah!!!!! nice 1

  • I know Righteous Brothers will always own this song. But I just can't disregard how Hall & Oates made it so you would want to sing this song yourself.

  • One of my favorite songs ever. I love both Righteous Brothers and Hall and Oates versions.

  • Love it

  • YOU'VE GOT A FUCKIN PROBLEM....YOU FUCKING DRIED UP CUNT

  • There are a handful of successful covers I can think of - "All Along The Watchtower", "Blinded By The Light"....and this one certainly qualifies.

  • This is how you improve on an already great song.

  • @CodeNameSnakeBite My feelings exactly.

  • righteous bros and hall and oates

  • i love both versions !

  • i love the way daryl says "BAYBAY!" and "I'M BEGGIN YOU PLEAAAASE!" :)

  • @soSHOOTmeintheSMILE

Me too!!! Hall and Oates are talented - you have to give them that!

  • 2:45 LOL

  • It's nice to have Hall & Oates songs where we hear John sing lead vocals along with Daryl.

  • owwwwww

  • Hot damn, I feel like that mustache is raping me from inside the computer screen. O_O

  • Hall & Oats version has better dynamics to it and musically it's alright..I do like the orchestral background in the Righteous Brothers though.

  • Best VERSION! :) I don't often hear beautiful songs like this anymore...

Now, it's all about party, girls and sex.

  • thumbs up for the mullet

  • ONE OF THE GREATEST SONGS EVER FOREVER!

  • i love this ahahahha funny fantastic expression and lyrics! oh c'mmon...xD

  • Daryl and John hit #12 in Billboard, 11-29-80. God bless ya, for postin' it. Thanx!

  • i rember that girl shit

  • i love this song

  • best version EVER !!!!

  • @lilbiddlove that song

    yful

  • she didn't back that lovin feeling.....

  • i love this song.

  • this is one of the VERY few remakes that are as good as the origianal........

  • The epitome of all that is good in music! These two singer/songwriters/musicians have no peers. Everything they did was perfect.....even when they do a cover!?

  • I hate it when she does that.

  • righteuos brothers still sing it the best!!! great try and good job to hall and oat's though.

  • this is good but dionne warwick`s version is the best....can someone upload her version....please.

  • this is good but dionne warwick`s version is the best.....

  • The one by Paul Rodgers and Jimmie Paige THE FIRM is good too.

  • especially like 1:56-3:01......love trying to add my own harmonies (badly I might add!)

  • Watching it now I just realized that Oates sang most of this song, hes so underrated. Sad.

  • love top gun! one of my favorite movies.. goose is great!

  • All opinions are quite mistaken. You don't get a "better" version than this.

  • Great Cover.

    =

    TLC

  • I loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove that version !!!

  • The version of Elvis Presley is better. Elvis forever and ever.

  • ....

  • @cvfreesp2 Couldn't have said it better myself!

  • 80´s porno moustache of john oates epic Win

    Viva mexico cabrones!!!

  • best version of all... even better than the epic original

  • Huey Lewis=back up vocals/guitar

  • 「ふられた気持ち」ライチャスブラザースのオリジナルよりやっぱこっちのほうが馴染みがあるなあ・・・

  • the best ever

  • Billboard's #90 hit of '81. 2 folks have lost that lovin' feelin'. God bless! Hugs to ya, for postin' it!

  • they do this song better the anyone . love this song a lot ... I play this song over and over

  • @Imdonaldduck Even the Righteous Brothers, who originally recorded it?

  • much better than the origanal ...

  • You can tell the dude with the mustache knows how to treat the ladies. Check out the look he gives at 0:13.

  • @MarkItDown33 I'm not so sure that look was intended for the opposite sex.

  • @MarkItDown33 Man, that is John Oates! You cannot imagine how many ladies he has been with. Not only bcoz of how he stares. This guy is talented! Composing, singing, guitar and more.......

  • @MarkItDown33 true dude...

  • This version is VERY good, but I think the most awesome version of this song is the one by The Sangin' Cowboys.

  • @THEjiminyjames haha! You've got that right. :-)

  • @THEjiminyjames LOL, damn u. never heard of sangin cowboys and thought i was gonna get an awesome version of this song (and it was awesome, but funny awesome).

  • @THEjiminyjames I agree that this is a good and cool version, but none compares to Elvis' version in my opinion. Elvis is so passionate and groovy

  • John Oates can really move those hips!! That takes talent!

  • What happend to this song? I see they have a lot of their tunes on i-tunes, but they don't have this one. Not even the album '"Voices". I like this version of this song. It's awesome.

  • Dear God this is beautiful! Music's all my life!

  • Maybe because this was the first version I'd heard, but I prefer this one to The Righteous Brothers. Honestly, it's also a litte more powerful.

I was a major fan of these guys back in the day. Thanks for the upload.

  • I love Hall & Oates, but the original is better.

  • @kanesgirl31 All sentimentality aside, the vocalizations in this recording are technically superior to The Righteous Brothers.

  • @zigertube We won't be replaying Hall and Oates songs for 50 years like Righteous Brother's songs are, though. It's not sentimental, it's just fact.

  • @twinkie57401 actually Hall and Oates music is still being played 30 years later, so I think they hold their own.

  • @tigerchief

That's funny you posted that. A few minutes ago I heard Unchained Melody. Hardly a day goes by that I don't hear a Righteous Brother tune.

  • @twinkie57401 true that. I love righteous bros and they are classics, there is room enough for both them and Hall and Oates.

  • @tigerchief

Watching the Super Bowl halftime, the Black Eyed Peas sang a Righteous Brothers tune in their medley. As I said, hardly a day goes by.

  • for heaven's sake close yur eyes when you kiss my stupid lipsssss damn it!

  • Love the original but more members on vocals is better.

  • YOU LOST THAT LUUUVING FEEELIN, WOAH THAT LUUVING FEEELING!

  • bring it on back.....

  • Daryl Hall does look like a Porn Star from the '70s and early '80s

  • oH! GOOD TIMES....I LOVE IT

  • great song,, great band,, ever,,,,,,

  • Top Gun

  • @diego230177 Yeah, but I think they used the Righteous Brothers' version.

  • Oates has the hidden "it"......ruggedly, animalistic sex appeal. So natural and cool.

Hall is PRIM & PROPER. Their voices blend beautifully.

  • oates looks horny...joke!

  • ESAS ERAN CANCIONES DE ANTES DE LOS 80S

  • I just got through listening to the Righteous Brothers version and Hall & Oats does it better, they put more passion into it.

    Thanks for sharing :)

  • Love Hall & Oates. Anything I ever heard them do, they did more than well. This one tribute actually has more voice-type passion than the original by the Righteous Brothers.

  • Righteous Brothers had the hit with Spector and Medley. Hall and Oates did a really nice job in a 'airline wakeup in the morning' kind of way.

  • they are not nearly as good as the righteous brothers, okay... but still not as good...

  • muito bom ,bom nao otimo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • "talk to me goose"

  • esta cancion y todas las demas canciones de DARYL HALL son clasicas de los 80, hace tiempo no veia este buen video !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the nicest version, i commonly heard in every stations here in Philippines..

  • I know that song because I saw Top Gun!

  • really love their take on this classc!

  • Perhaps one of the gayest videos ever made, but this is a great version of this song.

  • I've seen way gayer videos....

  • I would'nt change a thing. GOODBYE BUD

  • man I love this song thanks for the good audio

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is the best version I've heard of this song; I actually like it better than the Righteous Brothers' version. You MUST have TWO lead vocals to do this right.

  • I agree. Bill Medley can outsing both of these guys, but Hall & Oates took a version of a song that had a few minor flaws and perfected it.
