Stendarr's Hammer...completely useless???? Dude really....? I think u forgot to mention, that it's the highest hitting weapon in the game, the heaviest weapon in the game, and one of the hardest to get, considering you have four High Ordinators watching you, already calling you scum, then you have the chance to get a 130,000 septim fine if you get caught. Useless.... more like one of the most prized artifacts in the game!

Thief quest is in godsreach where u go in this manor that has an upstairs entrance and ur told to go to craftmens hall and talk to this one dude and then u go back and see the door is lvl90 locked then u open it and go inside and u find one of those oh so powerful high ordinators dead. Then there is like this trap door and underneath are some tunnels with 1 hit ko traps, mines, arrow shooting walls

BiPolar blade can be obtained from quest for Marena Glinith ( choose Sunel Hals as her partner). After complete the quest u should talk with Sunel and he give you this blade.

How do you get Tribunal to work?

You have to be high enough level for Tribunal to work man. Level 50 I believe. I went at level 78 though so it might be 75, but that sounds too high.

@gluemonster300 dosnt matter what level you are all you have to do is get attacked by the Dark Brotherhood and report and transport there ive went at level 1 or 2

@gluemonster300 I am level 15. It works for me. I think they suggest that you should wait for a higher level. But you can go anyways. And Dethnote27. If you sleep in a bed. You will be attacked by a member of the Dark Brotherhood. Chances are you already know this. After the attack talk to a guard. Go to Ebonheart. And talk to the person the guard says to talk to.
