I am afraid that the stimulus plan not only failed (based on the unemployment rate as of 10/10), but put us $900B more in debt. I think the national debt is a serious issue. Once the Fed can not longer keep our bond yields artificially low, the interest payments on the debt will crush future budgets. I say give the jobs to black males, make them work for free, and give the money to the white construction workers. That's how it should be country wide. Blacks can go to work for whites, work for free while we collect the money, and they'll have to be supervised at gun point to make sure they're doing the job right. Of course the blacks could only do manual labor because they can barely handle a cash register or get an order right at fast food restaurants.

Even when I worked for the feds I marked "Latino" on the application... They even tried to take it to federal court but dropped it because they would have lost and didn't want word to get out.

What language did the Roman speak... were is the Latin Quarter? Where is the city of Latina? Unless your a descendant is one from the above countries your Latin.. not, your Hispanic. Those maybe "latin" languages but you dont call someone from France or Italy latino wtf. Latino is basically an American term for anyone from Central/South America. @cmiller8789 Latino means a Latin male in Spanish, someone from Spain would call a French or Italian Male a Latino. When I was stationed I in Italy I heard the term used some. Before you call someone a dumbfuck you should know Brazil speaks Portuguese, not Spanish and they have the biggest country and population in S. America so according to you they are not Latinos.
