this was written for the stranglers i think..they got pissed off or something so they wrote a comeback song to Sweden (stranglers) then Hugh wrote it back singing it in Swedish!

@FP51DPO Can't quite remember the full story but I believe this was recorded after The Stranglers cancelled some gigs in Sweden. The title is a play on the song "Sweden (All Quiet On The Eastern Front) off of the 'Black and White' album.

@antisocialbeast Yeah; I checked it out and seems to be a 'come on have a go if you think your hard enough' directed to the stranglers for slagging off as Jet calls it ' the cespit of the north' After driving for weeks in Sweden all I have to say about the place is 'too much time to think too little to do and what interesting clouds you have' :o)
