If you look past the whole hannah montana thing, this song teamed with these clips is totally tear worthy. Judy and Mickey were soul mates - they were perfect with and for each other. Their relationship went totally deeper than a normal couple - that is why they never 'got together'.

In the movies they did just that > mickey was the right guy, and they were best friends that eventually fell in love by the end of the movie. I personally think it 's the Perfect song for the clip. your right in real life they never got together they were just real good friends, but I think they mean in the musicals they did get together and Mickey would usually hurt Judy s feelings because of another girl but then they would always have that happy ending.

Inever realized how talented Rooney was. I mean there arent many that have the skills that he had. The list, good actor,dancer, musician, comedian and a war hero receiving at least one bronze star in WWII. Does any modern day actor have that resume? A true Renaissance man.

Seems to me that he would have been the best thing for her and she for him. Wonder why they never tried it.

Time really beat living crap out of Rooney. Not for nothing, but I actually played golf with Rooney....ahile ago. It was 1994. A mutual friend. Really is a good guy. Dirty SOB though. I mean he had some filthy ass jokes. They had chemistry, they really did.

Time beat the crap out of him? I saw him less than a week ago STILL acting in a cute little Cinderella Pantomime at almost 90 years old. Don't you think you'd be a little tired if you'd been acting since 1922? I think time was a lot rougher on Judy... Thanks for the great movie clips of Mickey and Judy. especially the ones that were of them in real life not just in a movie scene, with the possible exception of the love scenes. they had such great chemistry. I often think if they really became a couple things could of been better in both of their lives. They always say you should marry your best friend.

I disagree completely I think MGM made a great move when they released Deanna and kept Judy!! She had sweetest voice I have ever heard. even in easter parade when they have both of them singing together Thats when they decided Judy was the one they would keep. guess they do not like the opra singing anymore than I do. Thank goodness they did or there might never have been the sensational Mickey & Judy movies or musicals. according to Mickey there was no loved lost for him when Deanna left MGM.
