  • I love your videos, Ruth!

  • i have an asus eee it sucks is a waste of money please people dont waste your money on this shit it sucks sure wish some one had told me this shit sucks

  • the presenter is so clumsy...

  • Someone was saying this was better then the Ipad?? LIKE WTF IS THIS CRAP....

  • hit with the fucgly stick... the presenter not the netbook

  • @tc4101 asus actually makes some of the most reliable laptops (hardware-wise). followed by toshiba in second place, sony, apple, dell, lenovo, acer, gateway, and in the last place, hp.

look it up, it's true. They did an independent study. So if you want to get a nice looking computer that looks really cool go ahead. But when you want something that just works and you can depend on and bet your left nut on, then shut it and get asus or toshiba.

  • get the hp is waaaaaaaaaay better hp touchsmart tx1 :p they just copied it stupid asus

  • Who the hell needs a tablet netbook? lol

You can't do much with netbooks to begin with...

  • fucking school u fucking moron

  • no man, she pronounces it just right. pronunciation of any words including names including company names is language specific.

  • She's a tech. journalist, yet doesn't know how to pronounce asus

  • i want now

  • what does she know about technology. she neglected to say what processor, wifi enabled, you know like every technical stuff and she deserves to be there? please don't make me laugh

  • "You got an Atom processor" at 0:49.

Which makes sense, since almost all new netbooks have Intel Atom as the processor. It's obviously wifi enabled it's a NETbook.

  • okay then but your not dismay upon her naiveness and cockiness in saying "We deserved to be here"

  • wel2myword....let me say u are a fucking RETARD

  • $499!??! hmm...i wonder how much the "slight bigger one" would cost....cuz i want one! *-*

  • its gonna be first release in Computex Taipei in early June

  • She said it was gonna be available in March. It's April and nothing. Does anyone know the new release date?

  • lol, that was the release date for it in Europe. But for us Americans...it should be sometime this summer and i can't wait! :)

  • in like 2 weeks

  • An Xp Tablet Netbook for less than $500? I want one

  • She man handles the crap out of that thing.

  • I actually appreciated that. It looks like the hinge is pretty well made.

  • LOL

  • I'd like to thumb you up, but they've already thumbed you down too many times. Sorry man.

  • Her sex change operation went awfully wrong.

  • lol i didnt know it was asues and not aces. i always pronounced it aces

  • it's asus ;)

  • notice once in tablet form it doesn't lock - its gonna move all over the place.... junk. Nice review tho :)

  • you piece of shit, and you look like Brad Pitt huh? You dumbfuck keep your dumbass comments to yourself!!! She is a pretty girl.

  • get over yourself

  • looks nice and sounds nice but really we shuld wait until all netbooks/tablet pcs are loaded w/ window 7

  • She doesnt have lips thtswhy

  • that was funny:)but mean:( !

  • Roflmao, so true.

  • you dont have to call me a jackass, that really rude, im pretty sure shes said acer, and you dont have to give me a negavitive on my comment.

she said acers, asus is pronounced as asues, unless less my ears are playing tricks on me i didnt hear the sues part

and ramaymd ur comment is pretty and i give you a neg

  • just the accent it was asus said more like aces

  • Actually Asus is pronounced as Ah-soohs. Like how they'd pronounce in Japan. BTW, Japan is pronounced as Jah-paan. But nobody in the west seems to get it right. It's ok though, you guys tried.

  • Actually its Ni Pon (Nippon)

  • Don't give a shit.

  • What are you talking about. I heard an ASUS representative pronounce it as Aye-Soos

  • @Hshin

It is not a Chinese name. It is an English name, so it is being pronounced the English way. And Japan is actually pronounced "Nihon" in Japanese, not Jah-pahn or whatever you just wrote. Japan is an English word, and therefore it is being pronounced the English way.

You fail in languages so STFU, smart boy.

  • @DifangDuana Yes I will STFU mein fuhrer.

  • I know, a big difference in such a tiny word

  • It's the accent, to me it sounded like she said "aces".

  • She said Asus somewhere along the lines of 'Ace-us'. Just like many words people pronounce them differently despite the actual sound. For years I said it exactly the same before I actually knew it was pronounces 'A-sues.'

  • if that thing had a quad core/6gigs ram/decent vid card/considerable hd speed then i would consider buying a tablet pc for $499.

until then, tablet pc's are useless for any real industry work. unless you are willing to shell out $3000 which i'd rather just get a cheap normal laptop and work at home with a home pc that would have the same specs for only $600.

  • I have a first gen eee pc and use it for working. Of course, I'm running netbook remix and not the original xandros. This model looks even more useful.

  • stuff seriously need to go hd :)

but okay yeahhh theyre at ces and might not have the best cam , but cnet have decent quality :L

  • i was looking at netbooks.but they are of such poor build quality.

  • netbooks can only be for fun! no one needs them. realy they are cheap and just not what you think a computer shall be
