Republican announcement of a deal with Poland to install missile system is a political effort to start a cold war /hot war situation with Russia and making US voters nervous/panicked to vote to a military man ( McCain).

We are getting too close too a war in order Macain gets elected.

i'm typically not for any type of foreign expenditure, but this sounds like a fine idea. do you really want to be undefended if iran gets the bomb or the nuts overun pakistan or a bunch of muslims get an ex-USSR nuke. you can never be too defended against nuts with nukes in my opinion. plus, it makes get strategic sense against iran, n. korea, russia, and china.

Iran? N.Korea? CHINA????? You need to look at a map. It would be better If you installed it in Turkey or S. Korea. N.Korea or China would launch an attack over the Pacific, not over Europe( unless they were attacking Europe, but Turkey would be a better place). Are you calling all Muslims terrorists? If Iran wants to overrun Pakistan, they would have to go through Afghanistan. Wow...

We all know that if anyone ever attacks America, the bomb is going to be delivered by a suitcase, a car, a truck, or in a boat. It's not going to come from a missile, because you can track where a missile comes from and retaliate. We all know that Heritage is lobbying for these programs because they make money. They don't care whether they'll ever work, or even be useful. They only care aboutwhat missile defense does for the price of LMT stock. Period.

A good missile defense system would be to stop making enemies. We don't need missile defense in Poland to defend the US. Neither do we need to pay for Europeans' safety - unless they start paying us taxes.
