I was always a fan of Sawyer's but kinda hoped Jack and Kate would end up together. But once they introduced the Sawyer Juliet relationship I forgot Kate and Jack even existed.
if you look carefully you can see that the actress who plays sawyers mother in flashback bears a striking resemblance to juliet. Very phantom of the opera.
Juliet and Sawyer coming together was a brilliant pairing. You really saw the love they had for each other in their eyes and the season finale was just heart wrenching.
I have a feeling we are going to see her again in this last season, as part of the 'we made it to LAX' crew. Remember how she was mumbling about having coffee and going dutch to Sawyer before she died...I think that's exactly what's gonna happen. I hope so! :) I think for this year, Josh Holloway needs to be nominated for an emmy!

eeek... I really can't stomach Sawyer and Juliet.. maybe because I'm big Kate & Sawyer fan and I think Suliet just lack that firey passion that Skate had. They're boring, if Jack and Kate were on island, these two would never have even looked at each other. They'd only said maybe two sentences to each other before this episode. They were rushed in and rushed out as an obstacle for Sawyer and Kate, just like Jate in season 4.
Majority of LOSTIES so disagree with you. I'm not all into the shipping, I just wanted Sawyer and Juliet to be solidified in order to end the stupid love triangle or quadriangle, or whatever, that has persisted from like season fucking one.
I was hoping it would end all that stupid tension so that the real story could progress.
But we all know now that Sawyer and Kate will never be. Sawyer is too grown up now to be back with Kate.

If Sawyer and Kate will never be, what was the point in killing off Juliet? She still had a lot of unresolved back story yet they chose to get rid of her before the final season...not to mention Darlton both called Suliet a "fantasy" and that it was a "huge" event and a return to that "original chemistry" they shared when Kate returned.
It's not confirmed that Juliet is dead. Don't get your hopes up about SKATE. It would be pretty degrading towards Jame's character if he just decided to be with Kate, and it would be degrading towards Kate as well. And I don't think the writers are going to be waisting their time trying to write love stories for the audience, because they have a shit load of answers that they have to give to us before the show ends.

It is confirmed. Liz Mitchell is the star of another series already and the creators have said she'll "appear" in two episodes max. They won't need to waste time with anything, all Sawyer and Kate need to do is be honest with each other as to why they acted the way they did back in seasons 3 and 4.
What I meant is that both characters have grown too much to revert back to their old ways. James is happy and selfless, compared to what Sawyer was, Kate was happy before she had to give up Aaron, but that element of motherhood was huge in the development of her character. For a time her character couldn't stay in one place, but with Aaron, she was truly happy. They can't just revert back to what they used to be, that would just degrade their characters.

Poor Juliet will probably get the shaft again (and it will be Sawyer's fault too this time).

Started out hoping for Jack and Juliet to get together, but after seeing how Jack treated Juliet and dumping her for Kate (who's been playing both Jack and Sawyer), I'm all for Juliet and Sawyer. They both look so happy at the end of LaFleur. I'm all for that!

i was hoping for jack and juliet to get together too but i think Jack has a hard time letting Kate go and move on... after seeing this episode and the scenes with James (sawyer) and Juliet, i thought it was ridiculously awesome.. can't wait what's going to happen next.

Kate's going to come back and ruin everything, she may not mean to but both men love kate and juliet will probably be left in the cold. I'm praying that doesn't happen because Sawyer and Juliet compliment each other in every respect

mayb kate will put sawyer on a diet, he has got so fat. juilet has been giving him too much pasta. anything can happpen in lost, maybe sawyer is pregnant. sawyer is like a woman now.

I've been a Jater, a Jacketeer, and now I absolutely LOVE Suliet. I liked Sawyer, but never really in relationships, but probably because of Kate. She seems to always end up making him feel like crap and insecure. Juliet and Sawyer are amazing together.

I've been a diehard Skater for a while now, but I have to say I really, really like Sawyer and Juliet together. Juliet is so much cooler than Kate ever was, and she treats Sawyer better. They deserve each other in the best way. :-)

Yep, I've been a die-hard Skater just like you, but now TPTB have caused a dilemma by putting my two favorite characters in a relationship!! They trusted each other, had each others back, she supported his decisions & didn't make him guess if she loves him so he doesn't feel insecure...he encouraged her to have faith in her ability as a Dr. Didn't like the idea of them together but dammit, they are so cute! Trouble is, TPTB never leave a couple completely happy...something's going to ruin it :o(
