that was really cool. i did it a couple times before it actually worked, but i kept falling asleep or being interrupted. Then I tried it again with no interruptions and trying to completely relax and it was so amazing! Very Peaceful, relaxing, rejuvenating and AMAZING!!! what about other colors? Are there videos for that? I am so looking for more videos! ~ relaxed :)
