The movie is called Equilibrium and it's pretty much 1984 with a few minor changes. Ingsoc stands for English Socialism I believe.

When i saw "class project" and 1984 together...I was blown away..But you did this independently from the class..I didnt think a teacher would allow an intire class to read material such as this seeing as how the subject matter relates so much to todays society/reality lol.. They wouldnt want to many people to do critical thinking on this all at the same time otherwise someone might investigate the nature of reality and trace their evidence back to A hidden agenda.

Watched your video again because soniaslansky sent me an angry message and I wanted to see if I had misjudged "your" video. Short answer is no. Long answer is that this video is a play taken from the book of Puff Daddy. Take someone elses work, alter it slightly, call it your own, and accept praise.

Let me add my thumbs up. I teach computer skills to elementary and intermediate students, and I'd give this assignment an A as well. For anyone who criticizes him for using other materials, as he points out, he does give credit where credit is due! I'm going to show this to some of my students as a sample of what they can do ...

I never said I was an artist... It was simply a project for school that I posted on youtube for easy access - I wouldn't even call this art. But it got me an A and the class liked it so I really don't care what happens to it now. :]

What do you mean you don't care what happens to it now? It was never yours to begin with. How were you able to receive an A for someone elses art? By submitting this for a grade you've fraudulently placed a claim of ownership. Video plagiarism is still plagiarism.

Basically I don't give a fuck if people like it or not. If you saw everyone elses project you would understand - that was the assignment. I never claimed to own it, I gave credit to the creators, I never tried to make money off of it... I don't see how you have a problem with this. Have you seen any other videos on youtube? Very few are original content. lol. Your logic is truly perplexing. This was a high school ENGLISH project for fucks sake not an entry in a film contest.
