Hey guys, try holding the lock button when your phone is on but the screen is blank, dont let go of the lock button and then hold the letter p, and as youre holding both those press on the bottom right corner of your screen medium strength. Should fix the white screen.

try puttin ur thumb and press quite hard on the i/o/p buttom section without touching the end call button or back button... remember lock ur screen first so its black... then press and rub on that section a few times and unlock it to see if it works

what a croc of shit. this would work for a nuked bb, as in one that had the timer on the front, frozen and continually rebooting, the white screen of death is a completely blank screen and is a HARDWARE problem which requires you to take it in to get fixed or do it yourself by unscrewing the back and applying electrical tape to the offending area to stop it short circuiting. no amount of rebooting of software will fix your white screen. x

then you have to click on ; Blackberry Desktop Software

and then you see on the right side, with red letters ; Install Blackberry Desktop Software

you just have to click that and then follow the steps :)

to fix this with nothing to do with usb or anything put ur blackberry on the desk make sure its locked press on p and then on top of the end button squeeze hard and it should work after keep trying if it doesnt then unlock then itll work try it

oh man... I just had this happen to me and google adding "..of death" to a stuck white screen inquiry wasn't encouraging.

Before you guys play around with the loader, try a battery pull just by itself. Worked for me.

@Hanny3223 yeah me too! @HITMAN47777777 thanks for ur comment I replace the battery with a friend in order to prove if the problem was the battery, but it didn't work, before of that I reset my Phone but the screen is white :( Now, I think that the problem is the display :(!

@susanita2448 Some one told me it was the connection to the screen display.ive put a small piece of sticky tape over the connection to make sure it presses down and now it works fine.Hope this helps.

take the front faceplate off and make sure the brown think next to the speaker at the top is pushed down, thats what i did to my blackberry curve and my screen works fine.
