I found an Apotamkin in one of the Yashif Massifs, it was in the same area that the watch is, but its a different time, oh and i think i got one from academia 400Af by throwing mog right after getting there

In the NTSC (American) version:

Cactuarama (the white Catuar) can be found south west of where shown, in that same little alcove at the base of the southern cliff face.

Cactuarina (the green one) can be found in the pool of water just to the south west of the meteor crater.
