@maders03 To me its either or. Tensing your muscles just gives you the illusion. You can be completely relaxed and tense or you can just stay tensed to a dime stop. Its just the effect you want to give is that anamatronics movement.

hit every part at the same time. its only your upper body in this video he wasnt showing knee hits. your hitting should be control by either your right arm or left. so both. dont focus so much on your chest and shoulders, they come naturally.
It just takes practice and control. Try R&B and real slow music. You have to practice being relaxed and being able to stop clearly and perfectly. Pick an imaginary path/point and stare at it. Reach out to touch it and stop on it !
