I think you should use better your foots, becouse in javelin power begins to store in you legs, than when you turn your angle and knee this power becom even bigger and now it's store in your hips.
Than you have to use your arm just like a catapult.
If you try to make more power with arms, power from your legs and hips turned to 0.
and I think you're using too much your arms.
Relax and enjoy each throw without your arms. Use them just like a catapult and you'll see the difference.
not bad throwing.. be careful that the tip does not get to high.. the running is okay.. you just need to throw some more, and then watch and study "on youtube fx" how the good javelinthrowers are doing... thats a good way to learn the event and understand the technique..
