They went with the incumbent, RLR Advertising. They never had any intention of going with another agency, yet made everyone fill out a 123-page RFP. If you've seen any of RLR's marketing for the Zoo, by the way, it's some of the lamest work you've ever seen. One billboard shows a lion and says something like: "Lion around." Really? Really GLAZA? You think that's the best you can do? Horrible.
