greetings from semi frozen and icey new jersey. the vagiant fans are getting nervous here, they're 1-2 since the burress incident. And without jacobs or burress or strahan or omenyoura, they don't scare me. I hope they are playing for their first round bye lives next weekend at HHH dome. We'll bang 'em up nice! I just realized that if we are playing for the division title for some reason on december 28, it will be only against a giant team that has nothing to play for.
It would be easier indeed to steal the #2 spot from New York than Carolina (we'd be depending on New Orleans instead of having destiny in our own hands), but all of this #2 seed talk won't matter if the Vikes don't take care of business.
100% of the teams' focus better be on the Falcons. One week at a time fellas.

I hope we beat the Giants I'm so nervous. We really dominated the Falcons last week, we had like 6 fumbles and still almost came back their at the end. I think we'll beat the Giants down big time mainly cause they've already rapped up the #1 seed and they won't play their starters for the full game, and i believe we'll play motivated, but then again it is the Vikings so who knows what'll happen.
Now, if TB wins against SD sun then I am pulling for Car bc if Car loses two and TB wins two, TB wins the division. TB will most likely win their last game against STL. If TB wins the South they beat us out for the bye bc they beat us. So if TB wins against SD we will have to hope to be able to beat NYG without Pat which will b almost impossible but it will b the only way.
If we beat ATL and TB loses, im actually pulling for the Gmen to beat the panthers on sun. The reason is bc if the Gmen wrap up the conference on sun they prolly will not play their starters against us. Im not concerned about their starters, but since finding out Pat is out for that game, i dont think they could stop jacobs. I think the Saints can beat the panthers down n NO bc they play so much better there. If that happens we get the bye over Car. bc we beat them.

I agree with you I think we need Carolina to win and then the Vikes can get themselves a bye when they beat the Giants week 17!

It is not almost impossible to beat the Giants without Pat. Vikes are at home and they can win that game and I think they will.
