that's Viper.....it's from season 1 episode 3 (i think) ... meredith stitches him up after he falls from his bike in the "dead baby bike race" and alex pulls wire ou of his side and meredith gives him stiches and when he walks out he kisses her and derek sees ... it's rather funny....in an odd way....xD it was just a kiss tho...dont stress xD
