The only porblem with you argument is that ACTA doesn´t regulate WHAT can be copyrighted, only how existing copyright should be executed. And even there it only sets standards which the most countries already fullfill. They can´t even patent DNA. Your example doesn´t have anything to do with anything that is listed in ACTA. Have you even read it yourself?
