as a tech staff in call centr,i am aware that each and every calls are verifying and recording here.i am not trying to tell that mr.babu or sarath did a prank .but the guy Sarath is well versed in English,u can confirm it by listening the audio once again.he could understand the things and hanging on an old comedy VIPsuitcase.

some suggestion that the CCexe can ask customer that u can understand english.otherwise better to hand over the call to other exe who can speak customers moter tounge
