That is amazing, I have a jack russel who hates water! He is terrified ever since he was a puppy. We have to bathe him in the sink otherwise he will completely freak out.

For any retriever breeds it's not uncommon, but is a little unusual for the Jacks. Most I've heard from won't go near the water. Sparky never did until this, after moving to Vegas at 6+ y/o.

Thanks. Great way to burn off JRT energy and gets pretty pumped up from it. Turns 11 this summer, has had 3 cancer tumor surgeries, bounces right back and active as ever. Have to think the fitness helps that.

AMAZING! It's the first time I see a dog going apnea. But I hope you know he can break his eardrums if he goes too deep (also have ear infections and a lot of ugly things that can be avoided). Take care of him, it's a fantastic dog!

I wish I could tell you, but it is something she just started doing on her own. There was torpedo like you see in the video that was on the bottom of the pool, and she just went in and got it. Been doing it ever since.
