I spent countless hours listening,admiring and trying to play the way he did', but this is a completely different catagory of music.-nonetheless I'm sure that one could find an asian playing ragtime and doing it quite well. who cares. at least there are people(yellow or not) who appreciate the fine music of the past enough to carry it forth.

I Like the begining few seconds. Interesting instrumentation. Tempo at the begining needs adjustment. Love the creative licensing with instrumentation. Like the manipulation of dynamics. Very nice and bouncy feel. Has a unique style. Very happy with this arrangement. Very clean violin during 2nd part. Although first violin is just slightly slighty too loud. Very good manipulation of tempo on second part. Very beautiful. Yeah seriously the violin solo needs to lower volume slightly.

There're plenty of genres one can find merit in upon looking, even/especially if one's written the genre(s) off in the past. I was adamantly opposed to hip-hop for a long time, but now I find myself listening to it very frequently. There's good in most genres, and it's not like any of them require any personal prerequisites for enjoyment

@MangekyouEyes "jingle bells" and others were not inspired by winter, but by xmas. But yeah, nowadays you say winter, and a lot of people think of xmas (like the ones who wrote all those songs...). I think vivaldi was solely inspired by the wonders of nature when he composed the four seasons, cuz he once lived in a cabin in the middle of nowhere, sorrounded only by nature or something like that... :P

@avrilfan2213 he lived in venice, italy. he was a priest (although he didnt want to be a priest but thats the only way to have free education) sometimes he paused a mass just to write down some scraps of music so he wont forget it.

That destroys the purpose, reason, and necessity of public domain. because people will be colonizing our history, essentially all our past. Do you think that's fair?
