I too want to listen to the song sung by Lata Mangeshkar... but is not a pure humachali song...People who live in Jammu are called Dogras and they also speak Dogri as their regional language.On 22 December 2003, in a major milestone for the official status of the language, Dogri was recognized as a national language of India in the Indian constitution

it means through the path ( small avenues across montains ) of montain -teraces . and she is inviting him for collecting the flowers of banakhasha ( a herb - popular as Jdusanda ,)
